Carol Bedwell Frazier, P.T., D.P.T. graduated in 1982 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 from the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. She has a background in sports medicine, inpatient orthopedic physical therapy, and outpatient orthopedic therapy. She has a special interest in working with patients with spine-related disorders and pediatrics.

Our Team of Physical Therapists

Heather K. Kastanaras, P.T., M.S.P.T., G.C.F.P. received her degree in Psychology and earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1997 from Wheeling Jesuit University. Her 22 years of experience have been spent in a variety of settings treating all ages.

Heather has focused her training on manual therapies, including the functional technique, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and is also a Guild Certified Practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method®.

She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Heather is married and a mother of twin boys. She enjoys hiking, biking, and baseball.

Brian Grahe, P.T., D.P.T., received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine in 2009. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Maryland – Baltimore County.

Dr. Grahe has an extensive background with manual therapy, with a focus on the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT). Brian's special interests include sports rehabilitation, and orthopedics. He believes that patient education is a vital part of physical therapy to help his patients maintain their success outside of the office.

In his free time, Brian enjoys running, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Ted Ellquist, P.T., D.P.T., Cert MDT, gained his physical therapy degree from Loma Linda University in southern California in 1990, and he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 from the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Ellquist has worked in a wide variety of outpatient orthopedic settings and, in 2003, became certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy using the McKenzie Method for evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

Ted has experience in the areas of pain management and is skilled in the Graston Technique - an innovative, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to detect and effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions, as well as maintain optimal range of motion.

In his free time, some of Ted’s interests include cycling, running, hiking, traveling, gardening, and sampling Baltimore’s diverse cuisine.
